I forgot my password. What should I do?

Please click on the “Forgot Password” link on the My Account page and enter your e-mail.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept any personal checks or money orders. At this point we are unable split an order to accept multiple payment options.

How to apply promotion code at checkout?

Please put your promotion code at checkout.  There's a box labeled "discount code" on the right hand side of the checkout page.

Can I use discount codes to purchase already discounted or sale items?

At this time you can only use discount codes for regular priced items and they cannot be combined. 

Can I make changes to an order that I just placed? 

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel to your order.
