Refund policy

Final sale items 

All discounted sales (% off and/or free shipping) are considered as ‘final sale’ by Luna Bags and cannot be refunded.

Returns
You can return an item within 7 days of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:
- We require the receipt bearing proof of purchase
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must also be in the original packaging and the hang-tag cannot be broken. The packaging needs to be intact

Late or missing refunds 
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@Lunabags.com.

Shipping of returned products
For return, please contact us at info@Lunabags.com first and we will provide you shipping instructions. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
